These vitamins are great. I took away one star, simply because they're big and the taste is so-so as far as vitamins are concerned. No stomach aches with these, I can take them on an empty or full stomach and do not have a bad aftertaste.

These vitamins are amazing! I used these and my nails and hair were amazing! I ran out and tried a different vitamin and my nails went back to dry and brittle and peeling. It took a couple weeks for my nails to get better and now they’re back to strong and pretty. A million stars!

I am SO GLAD I discovered this multi-vitamin. I've been taking it less than a month and have noticed a significant difference in my mood--I'm even occasionally having moments of joy that have been missing for a long time. My sleep patterns have improved--After years of being unable to go to sleep and stay asleep, I'm now able to sleep with only an occasional night when I experience minor bouts of insomnia. I've also noticed a BIG difference in my short term memory. I had been taking Previgen but it didn't seem to help. I started taking this vitamin and my memory seems to be improving every day. I've also seen an improvement in regularity and digestion. I'm now on an automatic refill--I will never be without this again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Ive only been taking these for a few days but I do like that the dose is only one pill per day. Ingredients are organic and no weird vitamin odor. I love that they come in a glass, not plastic bottle and I feel a bit more energetic.
