Add vanilla and optional Swerve monk fruit powdered sugar. Add 1 egg or egg white, optional, then pour everything in blender. In same cup pour about 1/2 cup of your favorite plant-based milk and swirl it around to grab all the residue. Optional plain lactose-free yogurt right into blender, as much as you like. Then turn on blender 5 seconds until frothy. Add about 6 ice cubes. Blend again on high 10-15 seconds, until ice sounds stop or are nearly gone. Voila.
