I’m glad that my grandson got through a few of the chess problems. However, I think I relished the chess puzzles more than him, each one challenging me to think and analyze deeply. I think it has greatly enhanced my game as a mature beginner. I recommend it for all ages, 5 stars.

Definitely a game-skill improver. Little taller than a comic book, with lots of puzzles per page. If the print was darker, I'd give it 5 stars. Great way to have time fly as you are in any waiting situation-planes, Dr's appointment, etc.

Easy to follow instructions, and is exactly what it says. If you are a beginner, this is something you would really like!

These puzzles were far to simple to be challenging. I was going to return the book but decided to give it to my 10-year-old granddaughter.

found the puzzles easy .. pleasant but not stimulating enough
