Q: I want to use this to clean and oil a knitting machine

Honest I m not sure I use it on a gun so not sure how it would work. I all use ballistol oil which has a wider range of uses that may suit your needs.

This is for 1 can only. Its good stuff, like others have said it needs to soak for a few mins first. I use it on Double barrel shotguns and semi-auto. For the price its very good and lasts a while depending on usage. Im a mid user. Hope this helps you. Matt
