Really powerful and light weight
This vacuum is very light and surprisingly powerful. I thought my vacuum had to be heavy to be powerful. I was wrong. I love that is has LED lights on the front so I can see dirt easily. It also swivels and I no longer have to switch the carpet height adjustment from carpet to bare floors. It does this automatically. And it hugs the bare floor and sucks up all the debris including my messy cat's litter he scatters on the floor. I can't wait to see how much dirt, dust and silt in the cup when I am done cleaning. It is a good price and a great vacuum!

Don't Let The Price Tag Fool You
I just got this. And I love it. But let's step back a bit in time.I moved across the country and set up my new digs. A vacuum was planned, but one week after I got here, Rona came to town. Because of that, I put a halt on spending a lot of money, because who knew what the future was going to hold.Instead, I got a manual "sweeper, and used that on my carpets for the last 4 months. It worked really well. It picked up the kitty litter, it picked up a lot of pet hair, and it left those "vacuum lines" that I really like. I thought, this entire time, that it was doing a really good job. But, after 4 months, I decided that I should get a vacuum. I came here, browsed around, and thought there was no way I could afford one. They were all over $100 and up. Most of them "up".Then I found this page. And I went to the reviews right away to see what people had to say about it. And I found that review that you all found, too. You know the one - asking if you had any anxiety issues with needing a vacuum but being on a budget? And the reviewer assured us all that we would be making a wise purchase if we just followed her advice by buying one of these?Yeah, well, I took her advice.I cannot believe how much it picked up even after I went over the carpet earlier today with the sweeper. I filled an entire canister of mostly pet hair from my living room/dining area, short hallway, and the bedroom.I thought that my place was pretty clean by just using the sweeper, but I was wrong. This vacuum - listen, it didn't just suck up all the hair and dust that I didn't even know was there, but it also fluffed up my carpets again. This is lightweight, it's ridiculously easy to put together, you probably don't even need the instructions, it's easy to clean the canister, the lid, and the filter. The cord was said to be short, but that cord is LONG. It reached across my entire living room/dining area and down my short hallway from one plug. I only had to switch the plug when I went to clean the bedroom. I have a huge apartment - so no, that cord is not short. Also, it's no louder than any other vacuum I've owned in my life. It sounds like a regular vacuum. The only downsides are that because it fluffed my carpet back up, I can now see everywhere I've walked - which means I'll be pulling the sweeper out again, obsessively, to create clean "vacuum lines" as if no one walks on the floor around here. That's how good this vacuum is - I can't get over how well this vacuum does for such a low price. So, you read that one review? Listen to her! Trust her, because she was right!

Great value - treat it gently.
This vacuum is a peach - especially at $70-ish.It comes almost ready to go; just attach the hose, snap in the handle and you’re done.Reviewers say it’s very loud, and they’re right. It’s a screaming jet-like sound, but I’ve seen Sabbath in concert so I can cope with loud.Biggest weakness is the feebly engineered wheel system. Wheels are one-piece plastic with molded click-tabs which serve as both, the mounting and the bearing for the wheels. They then snap into a cut-out in a thin plastic-wall under the unit. Problem is; normal use causes the wheels to oval-out the thin plastic-wall mount so now the wheels get wobbly and loose, and will soon fall off. This is my second one of these, but even with its shortcomings, it’s still very good and powerful and infinitely better than the $350 Hoover I junked before.Take it easy when pushing. Don’t lean heavily into it and overload the flimsy wheels - use the manual ride-height selector especially on thicker carpet to relieve the pushing effort. Happy sucking..!

The BEST 👌 POWERFUL vaccume 4/27/24
I looked at lots of vacuums and read lots of reviews. Did my research and took a chanceThis Eureka PowerSpeed NEU 180 sounded good, with lots of great reviews. I need something that will take care of pet hair and dust as we rent a house that has old shagg carpet thats very much old and the previous tenants " prob "had pets lolThe bag less system is simple to use and super easy to empty, and does not require replaceable filters which is a plus.A lot of reviewers showed how much hair the vacuum got up after showing the old vacc and what it got up first. They were not kidding! It was not even compareable to what this beauty can do,! I ran the Eureka over a very small area in living room maybe 3ft total ? one time ! not multiple passes and the dust bin was nearly full of pet hair and dirt. See pics . It had only been a couple of days since I vacuumed with my old shark vacc that I thought was the best man was I wrong ! I use to sware by and love shark products .I am shocked at what was in the container. I am amazed! Shocked and Blown away ,! And discussed that this carpet was that dirty .( old tenants deff had pets ) I am a clean freak I vaccume and clean non stop every day . Also my 8 year old has asthma. Allergies to pet dander. This thing is light and easy to maneuver, gets under under the edges of furniture easily. It cleans right to the edge. Unlike any vacuum I ever had before, this is NOT noisy at all . No dust or particles in air from the vaccume . I can feel how powerful the suction is .The ease of dumping the dust container is also a big thing for me. Other bagless similar vaccs and my old shark vacc was a nasty dusty mess to empty. Dust particles from filter always in the air . Even after id clean the filter. Also very heavy. Also expensive! ! !I paid a pretty penny for my shark and other bagless vaccums with thinking you get what you pay for right,? .Thats why I also was Skeptical about buying this vacc at less than 100.00 it was so inexpensive, but had great reviews . now I know why. Its amazing !!! 👏I can't find anything negative about the Eureka. I am looking forward to vacuuming the rest of the house and picking up a ton of hair and grime from the previous tenants. The owners should have replaced this carpet years ago and didn't probably because of how durable shagg carpeting can be, but it grosses me out . I am so happy I went with reviews / my gut and bought this Eureka ( MaxSwivel Pro NEU350 with Pet Tool, Yellow ) vs shark or another expensive vacc .Some notes on things previous reviewers complained about:Some folks talked about the hole at the end of the handle, and that the hose was too short. They must not have gotten the instructions with theirs. The handle doubles as a wand that extends the hose so you can reach furniture, drapes, etc. The Owner's Use Manual that came with mine is great. Well Illustrated, thorough, and easy to understand. Another plus.Several people said the height adjustment did not work, and it either was too low and burned the carpet, or too high and wouldn't clean. I checked mine before using it, and seems fine no issues .I will say I just got this Yesterday but I unboxed it and used it today 04/27/2024I will update if anything changes. I am on cloud 9 right now couldn't be happier ☺️ this is also the most detailed and longest review I have ever left! Buy The Eureka you will NOT be sorry!
