It should do. As long as you know how to index your gears (tutorials available on YouTube) it should work fine. My bike has had 105 and Tiagra rear derailleurs on without swapping out the shifters, so as long as it's indexed correctly it should work. Your local bike store might be able to answer this question definitively for you though.

What shifters should I get that work with this derailleur

I believe only Tiagra 10 speed (4700) will work - something to do with the shift ratio built into the shifter
