Some items missing
We do love the banner, balloons, and signs; however, we unfortunately did not get the cake toppers that is supposed to be part of the order. We only realized that it was missing the day before the event.

Received damaged
The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was a balloon that’s broken.

Horrible balloon quality
Very disappointed in the balloons blew them up the night before my son christening to wake up in the morning and almost the whole balloon arch is air down. The balloons air down so fast the dollar tree balloons are better quality than these balloons. This is a nice set but the balloon quality is what made the set not great.
