Bernard Jensen's Gelatin Capsules, 500mg – 250 Capsules, Gelatin for Healthy Skin, Hair & Nails Support

My husband had been having knee pain and had to stop walking as we used to do. He tried glucosamine chondroitin, but that didn't seem to help. Then he tried these gelatin capsules and is feeling much better and walking better. I take them as well and see a difference in the growth of my fingernails. We are also following a healthy diet, so maybe it's a combination, but we like these capsules and see a difference in the pain level.

I have been taking this supplement for over a month. Four capsules a day, as directed on the package. I have seen zero improvement in the condition of my nails. Do not waste your money.

Ok, so I bought this after a friend recommended this. She said she had been using it for the past 6 months and has seen considerable changes in skin, hair, and nails. Of course I had to try it too! I have been using it for the past 3 or so weeks - and so far have not seen any positive or negative changes. It is too early to tell. I take two capsules with water, morning and evening (bottle recommends 4 per day).

I have been taking this gelatin supplement for a couple of years and I'll never stop. My nails are crazy. They grow fast and are very strong. I know there are other benefits to taking gelatin but this is the one that is most obvious. My hair grows like crazy, too, and seems to get thicker all the time. I don't know if I can attribute that to gelatin or not but it certainly isn't hurting it.

I've been taking this fr several months as part of a leaky gut protocol. Some added benefits I've experienced are the ridges on my nails smoothing out, growing strong and hard. I expected nail improvement but what I did not expect was how wonderfully my skin is tightening! EspecIally the skin on my neck. Very noticeable. I'm extremely pleased and my digestive issues are also greatly improved. I'm all in!

I bought this for myself because i have arthritis. I’ve used it in the past in powder form and it really helps with the pain. I ended up giving it to a friend that has arthritis and she says it is much better that the powder. No taste whatsoever.

I take 2 a day for my arthritis, and it has helped.
