I used the 180. Takes a bit of doing, ir maybe it was just me. I really like them

Yes, I purchased them for every day (no gel) and also for pre prep and post gel finish.

Are these good on natural nails ?

Yes.I’ve used them on my natural nails. Just don’t be over enthusiastic with the filing down any ridges as when the nail grows the ends can get thin.
