A: Not sure about the kw I think it's 2, yes it can be run off a 13amp plug we actually have ours plugged into a timer as well as we don't need it heating constantly.

A: Don't know we run ours on the eco setting and it is hot enough for normal hand washing.

**Q: ive had mine a year, and now the water only gets luke warm even when pushing through minimum waterflow and setting diff. temps.. why?**
