Not good quality product after some time not working

Analog Stopped working within 2 months. The price(1500. 50 rupee watch last longer) and watch does not tally. As the watch is for kids the quality is not expected but the price does not justify the quality. Titan world service center has verified the watch and told it’s not issue with battery and they need at least 10 days to resolve the problem. Atleast they could replaced the product as it is just 2 month old
