As a woman in menopause i suffer with incontinence, i buy these cuz they are the length i like, they dont have wings which i prefer pads without the fuss of wings, i feel comfortable wearing them, knowing if i sneeze or cough when out im not going to have any leakage.They have a nice scent to them too.
