Lucas and Manson own my heart and soul
Those five deserve the world and I'm absolutely ecstatic for them. That being said, my ranking of the order I love them in didn't change, which is good - it means that the characters were consistent and bloody well written! The plot was well executed, especially with how the first book ended. I did hope we'd get a bit more closure on some of the minor plotlines like Kyle's current whereabouts or what Jess' former friends are up to and if they might not think Alex went a little overboard but I do love the way things went down. It managed to stay just shy of too much action and drama, while still keeping up with the tension set in book 1.The ending was maybe a little too sweet, but it was what I wanted for those characters. I just wish we could have seen them in a bit more diverse situations. In book 1 we see them argue and work through their issues while coming together, but there didn't seem to be anything to work through between them once they came together. Again, I love that for them, I just want to read more of the actively working through issues. And the spice, oh the spice. I almost had to fan myself. It is an absolute honor to be part of Harley's ARC team.

Brilliant series!
⭐ 4🌶️ 4I dived into this book straight off of the back of Losers Part 1, as I couldn't wait to find out what happened next with Jess & her guys!**Spoilers ahead**So I loved the main characters. All 4 of the guys melted my heart in their own way - I particularly loved Manson and Lucas. I also feel like Jess has really grown and made such a conscious effort to change her behaviour and improve herself, which I loved.I will say, the 'villain/s' of the story kinda underwhelmed me. I felt like there was so much potential with Reagan and with the boys who were our MC's rivals - Alex particularly, but the execution was not my favourite. I got like 90% of the way through the book absolutely on tenterhooks, waiting for their big bad revenge - only for it to be over super quickly. It felt really 'nothing-y' to me sadly and I wish a bigger event could have happened. That aside, I really did enjoy the book. I loved the focus on the 5 MC's and how they all fell in love. I loved how Lucas stood up to Jess' mum and how she then seemed to give her approval in her own way too. I loved Vincent's mural for Jess. I loved Manson's little closet date with Jess. I just love the guys!I also loved how Jess flippantly mentioned kids one day and Lucas just was dumbstruck - as if realising for the first time that it was a possibility for him and that it's something he might want. Lucas deserves all the love and I'm so happy he found safety and love in his found family.I wish we could have seen more about Benji and whether his conviction was overturned and he was proven innocent, and I wish we could have seen something more with Jason and his brother - I think a reunion would have been so lovely. I also would have loved more of Vincent's family! They're the absolute best.Overall a solid 4 stars. I'm so glad I found these books!

Obsessed!!
Obsessed with this ending!! Very cute and hot and when stuff started going down I was like 'oh yes' and it was so good!! There was a good mix between spice but also cute romantic moments between all 5 of the characters - for me it was the perfect balanceSo glad I gave these books a chance - dark romance isn't my usual cup of tea and I was a bit worried by all the content warnings that this series would be a bit much for me. However I really enjoyed the writing style and I think they massively helped with my enjoyment of it- poly / found family- multi pov

Dark romance is the best romance!
This whole book series had me in a chokehold and that is not an overreaction! These books were just incredible, the spice the character development and the connections were just chefs kiss and I will never get over how good they are. This series is not without trigger warnings so please check those. The characters each have so much depth which I liked to read and so much background which just made you feel like you know the character even more. If you do chose to read this series please enjoy.

Amazing
I hid behind my hands on multiple occasions reading this book. Very erotic. The uncertainty in parts kept you on the edge of your seat.

I liked it but…
It went on and on. Like we get it, she’s submissive but the way the dad is portrayed and to have half a chapter of the climatic scene just ruined it for me.Easily could’ve been one book instead of 2.The spice was good but at times it was just too much, like I skipped quite a bit of this book just to get to the end.

pretty good
I liked book 2 more than book 1.There was more plot in this than just intimate scenes which make book much better. Not as much as I would’ve liked though, I still think there was way too many intimate scenes ( never thought will say something like this)At some point I started speed reading them as it’s just not that interesting when one intimate scenes takes 2 chapters and they take at least 70% of the book…I don’t like how long it took Jess to stand up against her mother, I’am all for respect your parents no matter what they are, but there has to be line drawn at some point for how much they can control your life. This book was great, it showed me all sides of BDSM, after reading this , I have good understanding of what I may like and what is big no, unfortunately for my taste things was taken too far in this book, especially when Jess asked to pee on her, not to judge anyone’s kink, but that’s just disgusting…I didn’t paid much attention on what was going on after this scene as all I wanted was just to finish it faster unfortunately.
