This is good for wider hips. Enough said before I get into trouble😜

This is a sturdy great looking walker. Comes assembled. Super easy to put the finishing touches on. Folds up to store. Husband says, “I love it! It is ready for racing!”

I have had this walker for less than six months, and the mechanism that allows it to fold/collapse is completely broken. It no longer folds and unfolds properly. It's unusable. The seller only offers returns within 60 days.... this is an almost $500 mobility aid, that broke under a year, and their answer is essentially "too bad". Don't waste your money here-- for the same price or less, you can get a much better quality walker WITH A WARRANTY from your local home medical shop.

Understandable instructions. A bit heavier than I thought it would be. I do not recommend this for someone who is 5' 6" and under because of the height of the seat which is not adjustable, your feet will barely touch the ground unless you happen to have long legs. I am a little over 5'7" with long legs and my heels just touch the floor. (The above is first observation and not on having it for a period of time.

I am updating my rating for this product based on excellent customer service. The seller reached out to me and within two weeks provided me replacement parts at no cost. The shipping was free too.This product is rated for 400lbs. However, the first time my wife used it while sitting to push herself (she weighs 275lbs) the right wheel hit a crack on the sidewalk and the frame piece holding the wheel bent making the rollator unstable. I'm past the return period so I guess I'm stuck. I'd love for the seller to reach out to me and replace the bent part. If that happened, I'd have to up my rating based on customer service.
