Works great, and was easy to program.
Got the key cut at home depot. Used tomskey.com programmer to program the key+fob.10 minutes after, saved $160 if went to the dealer to do the same, and got a brand new spare key.

Key could not be fully programed
Toyota dealership could only get the ignition part of the key to work. Key will unlock door manually and start car...nothing else.

Worked for my 2018 Toyota Corolla made in Canada
Everywhere I've looked for a Toyota Corolla 2018 H-Chip key, they say they don't work for "Canadian" cars. My car was bought in the US, but it was manufactured by "Toyota Canada". The FCC ID of this listing matched the FCC ID of on my original key, so I decided to take a chance. I took the key to ACE Hardware. They cut and programmed the key for $25. It took them 2 tries, but it works great. It starts the car. It locks and unlocks the doors. And it opens the truck. I didn't test the alarm button. The key is almost identical. The only difference is the back where it shows the FCC ID instead of the Toyota logo.I can't say it will work for all Toyota Corolla's made in Canada, but it worked for me.

Inexpensive option
The local locksmiths wanted $150-180 to replace and program a new key. After buying this I only had to pay $15 at Ace hardware for programming. It does seem to not work as well as the old one though. When I push the unlock button twice it's supposed to unlock all the doors but I find I have to try more than once to unlock the passenger doors.
