Great for Minor Incontinence Problems
I've had some incontinence issues as I grow older. I don't care for nor do I like the "paper" underwear sold in grocery stores or pharmacies. Not only are they uncomfortable but they don't aren't completely undetectable under some clothing. These are a much better option but it must be said that they are NOT for serious leaks. They are fine for minor accidents that occur when you are making your way to a bathroom. They are quite comfortable and don't "bulge" or show in your pants. I will be buying more of these having seen for myself just how nice it is to have some protection from minor "releases".

Effective but has limitations
IN MY OPINION THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR FULL INCONTINENCE/VOIDING. I chose this product as I am not yet at the stage where I need a product such as Depends and I wanted to have the look and feel of regular underwear. My situation is an enlarged prostate with minor incontinence and post-urination dribble The CONS...Price! $17.30 each (including 8.625% TX sales tax). This product is NOT designed to hold a full bladder load, trust me I tried that in my bathtub before trusting them, leaked all down my leg as there is insufficient absorbent material and a tight enough fit around the thighs. The PROS...the size I chose fits well and are comfortable and the material used is of good quality, they are not too bulky to wear. This product is more than adequate for minor leaks such as post-urination dribble or a small amount of pre urination/incontinence (in the case of not getting to a bathroom in time but without complete voiding). I wear these at night in bed and when going out with a pair of boxers over the top (OCD ?) for added peace of mind but despite several instances such as described above they have proved more than adequate and I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend these for those whose situation is similar to mine. I gave a 4* overall rating as the product pertains to my situation and needs. Thank you for reading my review.

Worth Every Penny
This was the perfect solution for a person who felt uncomfortable and embarrassed wearing pull up disposable pants during the day. These underwear are so soft and comfortable, with a smooth, non-rolling waistband and a snug, but not tight, fit. There is a good amount of absorbent padding in the crotch, yet it lies smoothly and does not create an overt bulge. I did add a thin, disposable insert for extra security although it may not be entirely necessary. The wearer has experienced no leaks, no odor, and no wetness against the skin. The garment washes up very well and retains its shape. I do air dry this as heat is damaging to fibers. Because of the layers of absorbent material, it does take a long time (days) to dry so I recommend washing daily and hanging in an airy room, or purchasing extra garments. These underwear have given the wearer back his comfort and dignity and for that reason it is worth every penny.

"Poorly Constructed"
Product performance was poor. Did not keep within the promised results. The product "leaked". Very poor design.

Nice underwear for prostatectomy recovery.
After my radical prostatectomy I had the normal incontinence for the first month or so after the catheter is removed. It's a difficult time where an adult diaper as well as pads are the best way to control the leakage. But as you begin getting stronger and the nerves damaged by the surgery begin to heal fully, the leakage gets smaller and smaller. These underwear were a great way to feel more secure in case of a small leak. I wouldn't trust them for a major accident, but for the small stress leaks that come from exercising or sneezing, they easily absorb the leakage. Best of all they are comfortable to wear and not nearly as bulky and hot as an adult diaper. They provided that insurance policy against an accident so that I could get on with life and get active again.
