Very good product

I have had a knee problem since May 2017 and was struggling to run my usual 8/10K. I damaged my knee in preparation for a half marathon. Since taking these everyday my knee has improved dramatically .I am now back to where I was before. This isn't scientific evidence and my knee may have improved on its own but I feel there is a correlation. I also had a week snowboarding in Feb this year 2018 and the only day I felt any discomfort was the day I forgot to take the Curcumin. It is Turmeric in general which I am endorsing and not this brand in particular. I am sure Curcumin from other brands is also effective.

Husband has take these for years. They help with his inflammatory pain and seem to give him energy.

Excellent product

These arrived towards the end of February 2024 and the Best Before date was end of March 2024. This product has a long expiry date and Solgar have introduced a new shape of capsule. This is the old capsule shape and was clearly old stock.

I had back pain for few months this vitamin helped me and taking it daily makes me energetic n pain free

I have used this product for a few years now and find it helps with my joint pain. I notice if I don’t use it. Product was well packaged and was delivered earlier than expected which was a good surprise!
