Contacted customer service and it did not help as they warranty only three months after the date of purchase which does not make sense. Sadly I bought it before my baby arrived for a month just to get things ready and only used it for two months and it broke. When I pulled the bed up, one side of the bed didn't lock, so it could not be swung. Here is my feedback.1. When it arrived, the product looking good as the photo and seemed to be a quality bed. Delivery fast and pack well.2. Easy to put them together, it came with instructions but the music is too loud and can not control the volume.3. When the bed move up it can swing then if you lock it after use, the bed did't balance my baby roll to one side(Very dangerous). I have to pull them back down after.4. When it swings automatically please do not walk away, you have to be there in case your baby roll. I have to move the baby all the time because if the bed is not balanced it can not swing.5. The mattress that comes with is very thin and did not look comfortable.I read the review and thought for a long time before purchase but it is the only bed that I can find that it is could swing by itself. Please do not buy it if you do not want to regret like me.

I totally love the crib, the seller quick to respond and always ready to provide solutions to clients need. Would definitely patronize them again. They delivered earlier than expected.

The media could not be loaded. I love it so far. This came with EU charger so I had to use adapter. Works well so far. Bigger than I thought. Easy to assemble.

The plug isn't UK socket. The one I received was faulty and it randomly stopped working. When it does work baby ends up rolling to one side as it leans towards one side if baby is even slightly left or right. The quality is a 2/10. Value for money - not worth it. The customer service is very bad. Tried to return it and they kept telling me to keep it or dispose of it and take a partial refund. Even after I said that I don't need to keep it, I will dispose of it. Thankfully Amazon stepped in and refunded me.

Das Bett ist hübsch und von der Idee sehr nett, besonders mit der schaukel Funktion und das seitliche öffnen. Da der Bettrahmen beweglich ist, kippt das Bett leicht zu Seite sobald man die eine Seite öffnet um es offen am eigenen Bett zu stellen. Unser Baby lag nach kurzer Zeit ganz am Rand und es war ihm unmöglich auf dem Rücken liegen zu bleiben.

Tiene 5 velocidades pero pareciera que solo tuviese una porque todas son igual de bruscas como pretenden que un bebé recién nacido se duerma con ese semejante balanceo cuando se lo pongo a mi bebe más bien se asusta
