The velcro is placed better (not perfect) so this one works much better. I do find it helps relieve my pain a lot, but I'm only raising it to 3 stars because I think they should have better quality control. Bottom line is I recommend it but if you find the velcro won't hold it in place then exchange it.It seems well made except for where they placed where the velcro attachment. The straps are long enough, but where the receiving end of the velcro is placed, you can only put a small part of the velcro strap on it. Because of this, you can't get the two ends of the pillow to meet in the front of your neck and the velcro comes undone. They need a larger receiving end of the velcro and they need to place it more on the outside of the pillow so that the velcro can pull the ends of the pillow together as shown on the picture. Maybe it is just mine that was manufactured incorrectly. Maybe poor quality control. Inflates more than enough to provide the level of expansion and support needed. It does push up under jaw in when fully inflated but that is to be expected. I was experiencing unexplained neck pain after travel and finally got relief using this inflatable neck support. Would also work better than most travel pillows (and it folds down really small for storage) so I plan to keep it in my carry-on.
