Misleading weight
Advertised as 1.5Kg and one would expect to be close say +/- 5% but mine was 1.1Kg and no refund offered. Feel conned got 1.5kg less 25%!

Excellent, flavoursome pancetta
I'm just ordering my third packet of this pancetta. I decided to stop buying the pre-cut stuff from the supermarket and get a block that I can carve up myself. The three biggest benefits are: 1. being able to control the size and shape of what I use, 2. a lot less packaging used, and 3. the flavour is absolutely excellent - next level to what I was buying before. It isn't super-strong on smokiness, certainly, but the flavour of smoke is still there. I get enough for around 12-14 dinners out of each delivery, so it is no more expensive than what I was buying before and much, much tastier.

The quality of the meat was fine but there was absolutely no smoke flavour or aroma
