Project Management In A Week: How To Manage A Project In Seven Simple Steps

I bought this book to help me with a project management essay at MA level. There is another book by the same name (Auth. Mark Brown) that was on our recommended reading list and I bought this one by mistake. What an awesome mistake though! This book is excellent. It's divided into seven days and each chapter focuses on a different facet of project management. I would have liked a little more information on the Critical Path Method but apart from that it was really informative and helped me immensely (I passed).

Absolutely great book, I order this to help me understand business processes for university and work. It's not going to give you all the details but it is a good starting point.

This book provides an excellent overview of Project Management without bogging the reader down in technical terms and jargon. It has got me through a few interviews!

Concise and to the point, useful addition to the book shelf.

Good for following up and reminders for how become a Project Manager.
