Item was great whilst it worked. But I only used it 7-8 times, and then it suddenly stopped working. No power at all despite charge being full. It's great whilst it works, but for it to break this quick with no option to refund is really disappointing- avoid at all costs

This was referred to me from another sports mom and it has been such a game changer when I'm outside in the cold at my son's games. It actually heats up really hot. It has 4 settings i usually never have to go past 2 or 3. You have to be careful that it doesn't get too hot when it's directly on your neck. It's super easy to use. It's weighty and durable. Not flimsy at all. It's a nice size, not too big too small. The battery last a long time. I can get 2 maybe 3 uses out of it depending on how long I am out side.
