Tinsel Comes to Town: A Christmas Short Story Paperback – Large Print, October 14, 2022

Stephanie did a great job telling this original story. The pictures throughout the book are also well done. I enjoyed it very much and it will remain one of the books in my collection that come out to the coffee table each Christmas season.

My kids loved this book! They remained interested throughout the duration of the story, and the illustrations were adorable!

Well it's 11/21/22 and I am OFFICIALLY in the Christmas spirit!!!!!Reading about the North Pole while living here in Florida definitely had me wanting to jump into a fluffy pile of snow! Despite the hot and muggy day we had today, after reading "Tinsel Comes to Town" I'm in the mood to just curl up under a blanket, light a peppermint & vanilla scented candle, and have me some hot cocoa. This book is ADORRABLEE!! Honestly, feeling a little guilty here.....I'm a bit obsessed with books and I just HAD to read this before reading with my one-year-old daughter (didn't want any interruptions). She's going to LOVE the bright and happy illustrations and she is going to go CRAZY over pointing out Tinsel and all the other characters!Merry Christmas everyone!!!!

While this is a unique story, it already feels nostalgic, and I’m sure it will conjure up nostalgic feelings for the children that read it now and for years to come. It reminds me of some of the classic Christmas animal stories from my childhood such as Olive the Other Reindeer. It’s full of cute and colorful imagery and characters along with a sweet message. It’s a cute and simple story which is just what we needed this Christmas. Well done Miss Stephanie Thompson!

This is a fun story about Santa’s lost kitten. His adventure after stowing away in Santa’s sleigh on Christmas Eve is fun to follow. Tinsel meets lots of interesting creatures and children before finally being reunited with Santa.

Such a great read for before bedtime! the illustrations are adorable and colorful. I love the way Christmas is brought to Florida in this book. It is absolutely a must have on all kid's shelves and especially for the people who live or vacation in Florida! Thank you to the author for such a fun book!

Beautiful Christmas story! My toddler loved it. We were having such a amazing time reading it together.

I bought this for my 1year old granddaughter. It’s a little long for her, but great for ages around 5-10 yrs. Such a cute story! You won’t be disappointed.
