There is a difference. The N is going to be more expensive because it's the same as the B but *WITH* noise cancelling. N = noise cancelling.... with bluetooth. B = bluetooth ... without noise cancelling.

Yes these can be paired with multiple devices (at least two in one time) I am connected to my phone and Sony walkman together (keep listening music from walkman and receive call when my phone rings). Hope it helps.

Not sure about charge time but it goes for many- many hours after you charge.
