Great Water Filter
I bought two of these filters in advance as I will install the new filter in December of 2017 as I change filters once per year. I have no reason to believe this filter will not work well and plan to purchase additional in the future.

Defective cartridge
This water filter cartridge GAC was defective upon installation. It created a blockage in our Reverse Osmosis system and the pump could not bring our tank up to pressure. I ordered this replacement in April and the return window closed in May, but we didn't install it until June. We knew by August that our RO system wasn't operating properly. Hopefully the cartridge we have now installed will work. Now that I'm aware I won't wait so long to troubleshoot our system.
