Solamente Organic Yuca Cassava (5lb)

I need more Yuca in my life. Great product and loved experimenting with different recipes.

We moved from South Florida to a rural town in Oregon. The first thing I found out was I couldn't find yuca anywhere-not fresh, not frozen-nothing. None of the stores within 50 miles even carried any of the products. I went in the hunt. I didn't want 100 pounds of frozen yucca. 🤣 This was the best solution I could find. I use as much as I need and the rest stays in the freezer. The only other solution was a canned version but that was horrible! They stored that in salt water. Don't ever buy yucca in the can. No matter how much I rinsed it, it was still crazy salty. This is a great solution. Use as much as you need & keep the rest frozen. For a family of 3, I probably use a bag about every 5-6 months. We don't eat yucca every day. Try it-you're gonna thank me. 👍

I am so happy I found this frozen yuca. I have been looking for a Goya alternative. I'm in an area where it's hard to find Yuca in the Supermarkets but I found this and it is perfect. Also, it's organic. The package came well insulated so it was frozen when I received it. I highly recommend this product!

I received package 📦 frozen. I immediately cooked 1/2 bag, made yucca fries. I like the fact that it's already peeled and ready for prepping. Will buy again

Luckily, it is just a root vegetable, so it should be "ok." They need to make sure it remains frozen!
