Stargazer Semi-Permanent Vegan Lip Stain Pen 9. Up To 12 Hour Creamy Matte Lip Colour With Reversible Nib

I'm a repeat buyer, bought this time for a friend because I like it so much. I love this product, never stop making it! The colour is initially very strong and "lipsticky" looking however this wears off quickly and you are left with a colour stain that lasts for hours. This is perfect for me as a prefer a more understated natural look but I look less washed out with this product adding colour to my lips. If I want a stronger look I add colour on top with lip pencil, for glossy I add gloss. If you want a strong, long-lasting look it might not be for you unless reapplied often but at this price give it a try anyway - it works great as an "undercoat" to lipstick and lip liner. I wouldn't describe as creamy though - it's more of a water stain, doesn't leave any texture or coating on your lips. I've never found it drying to use and, after the first few minutes, doesn't transfer onto anything.

I wasn't sure what I was expecting, but it's not great but also not awful, it does stain, but if you have chapped lips it leaves interesting colours and a very long lasting stain on the chapped areas. Wouldn't come off 😂

Good lip stain. Lasted about 4 hours with eating and drinking, feels nice on-no stickiness and no noticeable smell/flavour. I do like it and definitely good value for money but I don't feel the colour description (or 'see how it looks' feature) are helpful. I got 01 which looks quite natural in the write up but as per my photo it's quite dark. I can't fault it, just not the look I was going for.

Colour: This is not close to the colour expected, it’s a very deep red with orangey tones. Very nice, grown up colour.Longevity: This is like a permanent marker for lips! It lasts up to 24 hours fading as it goes but still some colour there. Can be toned down by blotting off and washing off a little.To note: the first application will transfer when wet, be aware ! If needed, excess can be blotted off with a damp cloth and then much less transfer will happen if any for the rest of the dayTaste: no fragrance or taste that I noted.

My lips have several dark areas of scarring after eczema which I am trying to hide or mitigate a little. I'm not a regular makeup wearer and don't like the greasy feel of lipstick so I'm trying to find a pen that looks natural.I tried number 7 which was way too vibrant and nothing like the colour on the website but accept it is hard to judge from a photo. After studying reviews with images again I tried number 1 but the difference between the colour on the tube and the colour applied is ridiculous.Yes my skin tone means I can't expect the same results as lighter skinned friends but this is more of a Burgundy than a baby pink.I've ordered another as I like the ease of application and the amount of time it lasts as well as the way it doesn't transfer or feel sticky the way that lipstick does, and I'm hoping that 3rd time lucky will be the charm.But as makeup can't be replaced this is proving to be a costly and wasteful endeavour.

This lip stain is the best lip stain brand I’ve used, being that it actually STAYS. When using it if you want a blended look blend it STRAIGHT AWAY as it will stick in the place you put it until you use make up remover etc, to get it off. But trust me on this one, this is a STAIN it does not MOVE at all, wears for hours, and is rlly good for price! Just make sure you check the colours first before you buy to get your shade x

Love these Stargazer lip stains, they don’t budge and last all day! Wish there were more colours!

I like lipstains especially those that are like a marker, but I like them to actually work. This one you can't get a line with and if you go over it umpteen million times you might see it, but it doesn't last. Don't bother.

Thought it would more natural looking but is a bright reddish pink. Not for me

At long last, I've found a lip colour that doesn't smudge like crazy under a mask! Even pre-pandemic, where has this lip colour been all my life??? It's the first one that finally does not get all over my teeth instantly, at all. I love this product and highly recommend it. It does not provide any moisturizing on its own, but it stays on perfectly under my regular lip balm, applied many times. The pictures are after wearing for 8 hours, talking, eating, drinking, mask on/off, and several applications of lip balm over top. It's incredible!
