So Far So Good!
I am pleasantly surprised with this product so far. I have been looking at the bigger names in this space but opted for this based on price, USB-C (input/output), size (physical/capacity), and reviews. The packaging was done very well, quality was almost Apple-esque if you will. They took time to really think about the box and internal of the box. So many times, you order an item and they are sent in a plastic bag or something. Makes you sometimes wonder how much care actually went into the internals of what you purchased. The fit and finish of the product is outstanding and has an aluminum shell...I missed that in the description and thought it was plastic. I do wish that there was some type of rubber grip/bumper on the middle component, which seems to be a frame (just being picky). The overall design is clean and not really a lot to go wrong with it like plastic cracking or LCD breaking, etc. It is heavy but compact...a little larger than my iPhone + device but not by much.I love that, as an Apple user for work and personal, I can use my MBP charger and cable to charge this thing. It charges pretty fast using the USB-C as well. I have only charged two devices so far just on what was left from the factory charge. I like to empty it completely first before I charge it. I topped off an iPad Pro and an iPhone at the same time and they both ramped up rather quickly. Time will tell on how it handles providing power to my MBP and devices. I will be on the road next week, so I am sure it will be tested. It does have a hub function to it as well but I am not sure I will use that feature very often but nice to have just in case.Small things but also like that they have a little travel bag with the device. Most cases add more bulk to an item that already has some bulk to it. Again, not that this is a large item but every little bit helps. Also has a few cables that seem to function just fine. The directions have a ton of odd wording and misspellings but nothing that leaves you scratching your head. The only "function" you need to be aware of is engaging the hub feature by pressing the side button twice but that is really about it.Overall, initially, I am please and if you are looking for good power in a clean design, this is an awesome choice.

My new go-to backup battery. Does it all and works so well! The hub is just an added bonus!
Pictured with the ZMI on the left, and a RavPower 20100 on the right, for size comparison. This is a BEAST of a battery backup, with included Power Delivery. The Power Delivery USB-C port charges my Pixelbook quickly and reliably (40W), similar charge rate as using the included charger that came with my Pixelbook. It does get rather warm while in use, but that was to be expected. All of the ports (1 USB-C and 2 USB-A) quick charge my QC 3.0 phones. It fast charges everything I hook up to it. I can charge the Pixelbook about 1.5 times with this battery. This battery charges pretty quickly when connected to my 45W Pixelbook charger. If I'm only charging my phone with this, I can recharge my phone 3 or 4 times from a single charge. Add to that the dual use of this battery backup as a USB hub, and it's an all-in-one solution for any Pixelbook owner. Switch it to hub mode, and connect 2 USB-A devices to your Pixelbook.Great build quality, and comes in premium packaging. Also includes 2 short USB cables in the box. 1 USB-C to USB-C, and 1 USB-A to Micro USB (with a Micro to USB-C adapter). Comparatively, this is an expensive battery backup, especially considering the size 20,000 mAh, but the cost is outweighed by the awesome capabilities that this battery backup delivers.Prior to this battery backup, my main backup was a RavPower Turbo+ Series 20100 with USB-C and QC 3.0 (pictured). As you can see this ZMI is shorter and thinner than the RavPower. This ZMI does everything the RavPower can do, and more (hub mode)! Best battery backup for the Pixelbook, by far! I've been able to replace 2 devices: the larger RavPower battery and a USB hub with this ZMI battery/hub, which really helps while travelling.Note: I do not have a MacBook or MacBook Pro, so YMMV

Huge Capacity. Relatively Small. Easy to Carry.
I take this battery bank whenever I go on travel, whether international, domestic, or just on a day trip. Even though I sit in Premium Economy, sometimes power plugs are a hit-or-miss, depending on the airline. So, this power bank keeps my USB gizmos powered. I must have charged my Pixel 3 four times, forgetting to recharge the power bank each, and it still keeps going with about 50% left. Because the capacity is so big, it does take a long time to charge, especially on a Type C connection without power delivery (PD). So, I've purchased a charger that explicitly does PD, which rapidly charges this power bank.Sometimes, I just don't have time. I'd be onsite at a customers from 9 am to 8 pm, leaving me with just enough time to go back to my hotel room, drop off my gear, then head straight back out to dinner. By the time I get back to my hotel room, it's close to 11 pm, and I'm just dead tired. I just want to rest rather than do more work in my room. Sometimes, I just zonk out and fall asleep. This means I'm forgetting to charge my gizmos, which results in lost productivity the following day back onsite. Having a fast charger has saved my bacon on more than several times. Then again, having a large capacity means you don't have to charge it often, too, depending on your power needs. This power bank is small, about the size of a large smart phone. It's a bit on the heavy side, but that's what you get with 20 Ah. It also has status lights and three ports (two type As and one Type C). The Type C is an input/output port that you use to either charge your USB devices or the power bank itself. One final note: If you fly, you'll want to limit the capacity to 20 Ah and make sure the power bank is labeled, which this is. Otherwise, some countries (ahem: China) will confiscate your power bank.
