Ruby Red Large Cellophane Bags (27cm x 12cm) 30 Count - Vibrant and Durable Packaging for Gifts and Treats

I used these bags as food packaging and it worked perfectly. The quality of the bags is just right, no tear even with staples I used to seal it.

These bags are not good quality, crisp cellophane. They are soft cellophane bags and do not look good if you are using to wrap a gift. After scrunching up for only a few seconds there are marks in the plastic. I would say if you are wanting to put sweets in then yes these would be fine but if you are wanting to use to wrap an item to make it look fabulous then do not buy these, they are not the same quality cellophane that florists or confectionary shops use.

I have purchased these bags on and off for the past year because they are the best value treat bags that I have seen on line, they are a generous size , and made well (unlike some others sold online), sturdy bags, ideal for my home made pet biscuits for dogs/cats.. This third order for more of the same bags I intend to use as adult treat bags for Christmas gifts of homemade biscuits and fudge. Would also be good for other homemade gifts i.e. soap, or candy, perfect for children's party gifts. I cannot recommend these bags highly enough excellent value for money and FREE postage, delivery fast, I will also buy more in the future.

These are the flimsiest 'party bags' I have ever seen. Dont waste your time buying these, you would genuinely be better off putting your gifts in a zip lock bag! I was so shocked when I received these and found them completely unusable. Had to go to a shop and buy proper bags instead as would have been embarrassed to use these.

Perfectly good product, experience ruined by ludicrous and wasteful packaging. Could have beeen folded and put into an ordinary envelope , instead arrived in a large box with a large amount of brown paper packaging.

I made up 24 bags each with a liquor chocolate, and took advantage of hallowe'en and bought mini smarties, crunchies, mars bars packs at half price and gave them to my dad as an advent calendar. I bunched the bags together and ties with red ribbon. He was chuffed to bits to receive a wee nibble for his December evenings. All in all, I managed to spend about the same than a standard shop bought chocolate Thorntons or Lindt calendar, and with his Famous names liquor chocs too! (Tesco £4 for a box of 16).Point to note...I received 27 bags not 30, but hey I only needed 24 so I'm not losing any sleep over it :-)

Slow delivery from Amazon but products fine.They are thin plastic but strong. We used them as party bags and they easily held cake wrapped in a serviette, bouncy ball, little bags of sweets, little tubes of sweets and a little stretchy man !They come with little silver bag ties so you can tie and fab out the top.Lovely colour and great as a party bag.

I bought the bags to gift homemade cookies as presents. The bags are quite fragile and one broke immediately . For some reason I was given 3o bags but only 26 tags to fasten them. I tried to tie the tops of the remaining bags but that caused them to tear. I will not be buying more.
