I am a very disappointed with this product, I bought it in 2019 for christmas, I only used the product once in 12 months. I tried to used the product today and it has stopped working. More disappointing is that I contacted the supplier to inform them of the issue and they simply stated the product was out of warranty, despite the fact it has only been used once since purchase. I would not purchase this product, unless you only want to use it once and then throw it away. Also I would not purchase any other product from this supplier, based on my experience of this product it is safe to assume that all the other products they sell are of the same poor quality. Add the terrible after sales service I have received and this company has the trifecta, poor quality product, not cheap and a terrible after sales experience, I congratulate the supplier on this achievement. I will never purchase another product from this supplier and will ensure I inform my personal and business network not to make the same mistake as I did !!!

Was a great machine, snow was perfect, only downside was it was very noisy, that's all you can hear on the video
