It’s very professional looking cute cabin bag. Laptop and important documents can easily fit into front compartment and superbly handy. The actual space inside can hold approx three days of clothes but not any bulky items.It’s lightweight, easy to handle however slightly delicate but it being a hand Luggage, this can be well managed.Overall Will recommend someone this purchase

Looks good, fits a small cup and fits a 15.6 inch laptop but not a wide screen 15.6 inch. Extending handle is a bit twisty even without being heavily loaded, but the wheels seem to roll well. Most concerning is that the wheels looked scuffed and the laptop pocket came with a dirty 🥄 spoon in it! This was supposed to be a new product, not reconditioned or returned. The packaging was also really battered and had Amazon tape in odd places to reinforce it, so don't expect a brand new item.

I received my suitcase on Tuesday ready for a flight two days later. I was so happy with how the suitcase felt - it felt very sturdy and the front pocket would come so handy.Well, on the day of my flight, I got to the airport - and the front pocked became COMPLETELY DETACHED - I didn't even have anything heavy inside apart from an iPad mini and a mobile phone charger which weigh less than the recommended laptops etc. which is absolutely disgraceful - even more so, that this happened just after I went through security - meaning that I had to buy a brand new suitcase at Heathrow for £249 and throw thing away. I'm absolutely appalled and I wish I'd read some of the feedback on here rather than focus on the described functionality.I'd like one of your sales assistants to contact me urgently to issue a refund please, at the very least for the cost of the suitcase itself.

It’s really what I have been looking for and also value for the money

Gorgeous teal colour which is better than the photo. Easy to manoeuvre, wheels move smoothly. Lots of room inside , useful lockable front pocket.However it larger than stated and heavy when has clothes, shoes and laptop so unsuitable for carry on for Ryanair.Handle gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to retract it. Annoying when travelling by car and train. Love the cup holder but not sturdy enough to hold a cup of coffee!

Only lasted 4 trips before the telescope handle stopped working

The bag is good although the zips could be better, the cup holder works well and could be a little stronger plastic to last longer , the laptop area works well but needs more padding
