Fantastic rail for rough carpentry
I use this rail with my cordless DeWalt circular saw for cutting sheathing ply or ripping down wide door linings out of 25mm plywood. It does exactly what it says on the tin, perfect for cutting straight lines. If you're like me and don't read the instructions though just make sure to set the depth of the blade to just below the material you're cutting, otherwise the blade will start to drift in the cut and pinch against the rail (it does specify this in the instructions)

Cut full sheet of ply!
2 fixed together gives great scope for cutting large sheets of wood.

Flimsy product
This product bends far too easily.PS Amazon do not allow seller feedback (!!!), but *any* sellers of this product (and in fact deWalt who make it) may like to know that packaging the product, say, with a rigid strip of wood would be a very good idea for shipping.
