OMG, Sob Bad, So Cheap, So unfit for purpose
Bought these as my existing pads' handle gave way after several years :-(With the price and availability it made sense, even if they just lasted for the one room at least I could tick that job off the list. But alas no. I had only finished two of the four walls before a line was appearing on every down stroke. This soon became a line on the down and up stroke. On washing I could see the corners of the brush material had come away from the foam pad (see pic). Wow! Using white matt emulsion normally I can get 8-10 rooms out of the Harris pads (no available when order placed). So just two walls is some kind of record. Being Amazon of course money was refunded swiftly, but for the supplier selling these – please don't bother. They are so bad you'll get more complaints than 5 Stars.I have given 2 stars as they were easy to clean and simple to use, but longevity is woeful :-(

Not as good as predecessor.
Poor quality, the locking mechanism on the handle doesn't lock the pad in place tightly enough, therefore when the pad is running dry it sticks to the wall and comes flying off and invariably lands the wrong side up on the floor. Bought two and tried two, thought it might just be a dodgy one - nope both the same. Shame cos the predecessor of these were really good. These however are not.

Minus 5 stars. Poor quality useless product !
I’d rather paint with my hands than use this tool. It is way below your common quality. I highly do not recommend. The pad just flys off whenever you apply any sort of pressure in order to paint. Do not buy. Instead I’d recommend an Harris pad set which will last you forever for only about 4 pounds more. What a waste of money ! I’d rate minus 5 stars if possible. DO NOT BUY. ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ALSO FAKE !

Utilitarian
The 2 sizes in the pack are handy and the tray is fine. Unfortunately if you hold the larger pad vertically, the pad comes away from the handle as you pull it down the wall. It flew off and landed on the carpet making a right mess. I stopped using it after that incident.

Does the job perfectly
Great - especially for a small job where you don't need to keep refilling it. Good value. At that price I was able to dispose of it rather than wash it out to reuse.

Bought this from the reduced section. When it said outer packaging was damaged, it didn’t bother me. But the actual tray was broken so was unusable.

A brilliant bit of kit.
These paint pad's are very good. Ideal to use in tight places or close to walls with wallpaper on as they do not splash paint all over. Brilliant.
