This is a beautiful plate cover. I wish I could keep it. Unfortunately, it's NOT legal in Pennsylvania because it covers the bottom logo on the license plate itself, and is a fineable offense.

Complies with legal standards in Illinois
I had originally purchased a differed OU license plate holder, but the top area didn’t dip up. Resulting in it being illegal in Illinois since it covered my state’s name.I then purchased this one, not my first choice, but it arrived in a day and has everything I was essentially looking for. Can’t complain :)My only “issue” was I didn’t see the other OU options until after I had purchased, I thought they’d be different schools. But that has nothing to do with the product :)
