Looking at anything illuminated by the light bulbs was irritating to my eyes. When I moved my hand quickly in the bulbs' light, I saw discrete afterimages, like I would with a strobe light.I believe that the LEDs are using pulse-width modulation (PWM) to achieve the target brightness level, but they're using much too slow a frequency for it.These bulbs might work for some people, but I found them too painful to use in my house. ### ⭐ flicker *by R***E on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2018* One bulb out of 3 is blinking on and off.
