It is creamy and actually I have used it as foundation in certain spots on my face and it works perfect. Love it.

I have bags and dark circles under my eyes. This is the first concealer that has gotten rid of those.. ty

I made a previous comment about this concealer and still am searching for the holy grail! If you try this concealer really think about the color you need. The colors slightly vary on the model’s arm from what I got. I could live with the tacky consistency if it didn’t need a check in the mirror part way through the day.
