I was home and had the snow cleaned up, so the excuse of "inaccessible" was BS. Second, the packaging was horrible, should have been put in outer box, and it was not even tapped shut, box was open, contents dirty. Third, it worked for 5 seconds and after that no longer produced 'steam' heat/vaporizer is crap. I will not barter this item with supplier for a better review so don't ask.
