I bought this set so I can start baking and such. They are really durable and food doesn't stay and stick to pans. super easy to clean. Well worth the money. I used the pie pan to put flour and seasoning in it and put my liver on it to cover it on both sides. works great that way. I just thought about that then putting flour and seasoning in a bag and shake it up.
