Why did you pick this product vs others?:Our Granddaughter loves this cuckoo clock we bought for her! It has volume levels and on/off switch so it doesn't wake her and the whole house at night! Very well made! would buy again.

I loved this item. Unfortunately. The cuckoo (which would come out every hour) stopped working after 9 months (I purchased in February 2024). I checked and changed the batteries. The clock still keeps the time but the cuckoo stopped working. Does anyone know how to get it working again? I’m so disappointed.

Cuckoo bird doesn’t chirp on the hour. The instruction leaflet is useless and vague. Item has been returned.

Instructions say to not move clock hands manually but a review said set clock at 7:00, then put batteries in, then move minute hand to correct time? Can I move hands manually or not? r way to set it.
