A great read, insightful and filled with pearls of wisdom ...
Finished the Culture last evening, and I saw......everyone from John Maxwell to Stephen Covey, from Napoleon Hill to Keith Ferrazzi, but most of all I saw...........James Hunter....the Servant Leader. I read how he was able to weave a story with the ultimate goal to get through the maze of leadership quagmire which seems to prevail in many organizations. The three simple questions on page 69, if posed to most individuals and answered honestly, many problems would be avoided. Jim Hunter touched on everything from Attitude to Aptitude ....from Leadership strength to Leaderless weakness, all in the context of a group of individuals trying to "remove the barriers to vulnerable communication".A great read, insightful and filled with pearls of wisdom that can only come from true communication and servant leadership.ThanksLou Sportelli

The Culture is a gift to leaders and organizations
The Culture is a fantastic sequel to The Servant but can be easily read and applied without having read The Servant. I have devoured it, dog eared pages and filled it with notes. Friends and organizational clients have found it a gift. I am recommending it as a solid, clear, applicable book for leaders and aspiring leaders. I know of a bank that is using it for leadership development and a large non-profit that has seen tremendous value in its principles.

Still Growing? This book's for you!
Jim’s latest book, The Culture, is not a must read for the majority of folks who enjoy reading “about” leadership. The Culture is a book to be read by those who want to be reminded as to how we are to serve and enrich lives of others before ourselves. Let’s face it, most people believe that they are the deal. The Culture book reminds us it’s not about us. Therefore, for those who still believe they have some personal growing to do, this book's for you!

Good book focusing on leadership
My daughter was required to read this book for one of her classes. It focuses on leadership skills. She enjoyed the book and used it for references on a PowerPoint presentation she created

Important, not just to know, but to follow
If only we'd follow the principles in this book and its predecessor, The Servant, we would see a dramatic change in business, culture, communities, and the world.

Interesting was to present the conceptual content. Very readable and enjoyable (as well as a bit challenging to me as a leader).

Excelente
