Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon i7
I have been using the laptop since 2 weeks. It is very good. Services by Newjaisa are exceptionally good.Initially, a laptop was delivered and it did not power-on. It was a defective unit. I was very much disappointed and concerned. But I followed the steps of reporting the issue with Amazon and Newjaisa. Both help desks answered me with assurance for needed action. Within 24 hours, I received a replacement laptop from Newjaisa support.Appreciate the team for the exceptionally good support. Thanks.

Good performance, but fitting work not good, I had to use fewi kwik to fix it.

Laptop charging problem from day 1 and lack of seller support
The laptop received by me had battery charging issue from day 1. It stopped working and there is no response from Seller despite being in 6 months warranty period. Be careful buying items from this Seller

Good thin, lightweight budget laptop for daily use even in 2024. RAM is soldered and storage is upgradeable. Good support from seller.
