The holes are drilled at such a shallow angle that a 10.5" stick will extend out past the edge of the holder. I have a different one where the holes are drilled at a 40 degree angle and a 10.5" stick will work in that one. So if you use 10.5" sticks, this isn't the holder you'll want to use.

Burner arrived quite moldy. Got an exchange but the replacement is another moldy burner. Brilliant!I guess now I'll be breathing in both incense and mold spores…

This was an appalling purchase! When I received the package, I could smell damp wood even before I opened it. The incense burner came in a small box and was wrapped in brown paper. The paper itself was filthy and wet. I ripped open the paper to find the incense burner was not only wet but covered in dirt and rocks. I was shocked because this product was so highly rated. I am so disappointed in this purchase.

It is big enough to catch all of it, no more worries, this product is amazing and looks amazing!

I burn incense all the time for many, many years, these days I burn Nag Champa, as opposed to the thick Tibetan style incense. This incense holder works for the Nag Champa style incense (see picture). One thing I generally want from an incense holder is that it catches the ashes, and then of course it needs to have an aesthetic appeal. This holder is minimalist in design, no intricate carving of dragons or anything. It is a lightweight, low density wood from India, that seems to have been stained a pleasing dark hue. It has 4 circular rubber feet glued to the bottom, so that it doesn't slide on a smooth surface. I wiped it down with olive oil when it arrived, it may have had a little mold on it just starting to form, but it wiped off - so no biggie. I am really happy with mine, and I would buy another if one was needed. Very good value for money, arrived within a day or so of ordering, it has a hole on either side so I guess you could burn two sticks ...

This thing is a good size, solid, simple, clean & cheap. Exactly what I wanted.I have no complaints other than the holes for the incense sticks, as others have mentioned. Mine had three holes drilled on one side & one on the other. Two of the three were drilled in ways that’ll make your incense stick out the side of it. One was straight on.Even if I had to drill new holes, this is still well worth the price.

Not like it is anyone's fault. My kid broke off the end of a stick in one of the holes, then I broke a needle trying to get the stick out. So now i have a one sided deal going. The original holes are angled so that the tips don't touch and this causes the ashe to fall overboard sometimes. But 95% of time it is doing its job!

Thank you for making a incense holder that does not leave ash all over the place! Purchasing more for sure. Both the holes were in my holder, and big enough for the sticks. Great value, shipped quickly.

Worth it! Item was in perfect condition and is the ideal size. Definitely glad I got a bigger one, plus it looks modern and minimal. Holes can easily be made bigger with a tiny screw driver.Recommend!
