too small, not sturdy enough, great concept just poor product.

This was firmer than I expected. Nothing like a soft pillow. But seems to be made good. I don't use it as indicated on picture.

I bought two of these, the first one for my sister in hospice who is nearing the end of her life. She needs something to prop up and so turned to the inside vs the arch it is perfect. I then got myself one and it's great as a stomach sleeper to "hold" so I'm not laying on my arm. Today in honor of my sisters struggle I flipped over and it really is a great neck pillow. There's a good arch support when flipped up to keep you from smashing your arm. I have another brand and type of these "couple" pillows to save you arm and it has no arch support .... Way pricier. This is expensive for a small pillow but this one is worth it. Update: I wrote this before I lost my beloved sister. This was the last gift I sent her. She passed away 1/22/23.

I had the pillow for less than 30 minutes and the plastic inside the pillow had already broken. Since then, it's broken at least 10 more times. If it wasn't for that, it'd be a 5 star product, the actual pillow itself is very comfortable. The arch level is nearly perfect, Eleven broken, the arch holds up fairly decent.

If I wanted to sleep on a piece of steel I would have just purchased the steel outright. Most uncomfortable, unsupportable pillow ever purchased. Scale of 0-10 for comfort it was negative 10. Only good thing about this was I purchased on Amazon and was eligible for full refund with no return shipping

Pillow lays flat if your arm is not under it.

The internal frame is sturdy and supportive but you feel the frame when you put your head on it and it’s uncomfortable. It doesn’t feel like a pillow, it’s not soft.

Hard as a rock.
