all stainless steel construction
The assembly has a hefty feel not like plastic. The handle has a smooth positive action. The wand has a snug fit and can be removed by pulling straight out of the valve body, it is held in place by 3 "O" rings.The water control is precise. It was easy to install and looks great.

Beautiful and great quality
The faucet has a sleek beautiful look with its simple lines. It works smoothly and efficiently. The installation was easy and the parts of good quality. Very well priced for such great features. An enjoyable addition to the kitchen sink. I highly recommend it.

Did not include all parts - Responsive company service sent new faucet
The faucet is well made and would have been easy to install if all parts had been included. The 1/4" tubing connector was not included in my package nor were any installation or maintenance instructions. Not having the instructions is not a problem but I was forced to purchase the missing parts to complete installation.UPDATE: The company contacted me following the initial review and sent an entire new faucet to rectify the missing part issue. Excellent and responsive customer service and thus I have increased my rating to 4 stars and would do business with them again without reservation.

Nice modular approach
My favorite thing about this faucet was that the base was modular. I didn't have enough room where I wanted to install this for the full base collar and luckily I was able to remove it and install the faucet for a clean look. Now we have filtered water in a very tight space.

Very nice faucet; easy to install
Replaced a 10yr old RO faucet with this unit.Pros:-bottom is threaded used a 4 winged wingnut type fastener; use your hands rather than trying to get a wrench into a very small area-bottom connection is 1/4" steel fitting so a standard RO connector will work-stainless steelCons:-the unit has some degree of lateral flex when rotating the spigot (end of faucet); while this is minor, my previous unit had zero degrees of lateral flexOver all the pros well outweigh the cons. I let some water dwell in the unit then tested the TDS with no change in the TDS value.Recommended.
