Very Poor Sales Practice

Purchased product and it was too big. Was going to re-order with smaller size but the price was increased in five days $50. Giro is the only contact as the seller and Amazon says Giro is the 3rd party seller. Both sides deny compromise. Both sides say it’s the other to make it right. Amazon promises $50 credit promo and then they deny being able to apply the promo. Very disappointed in this transaction!
