Good quality ,i needed them to cut round my decoupage pictures very easy to use no issues 5****

Fast , efficient delivery, difficult to use, came with spare tips however it's almost impossible to change the tips with out pliers, does not cut with ease . Sadly un impressed not the best addition to my crafting tools

If one is very slow and careful, it's possible to cut somewhat complex shapes with this tool, however, it always leaves the paper edges with a torn appearance and is impossible to be precise as the swivel action is not smooth, which requires reworking the paper after with scissors or other tools, so it's a bit pointless really....Having said that it was somewhat useful for interior shapes which are difficult to begin...they do need tidying up after....so it has a limited use and certainly not as advertised........Also even with two pliers its impossible to change the cutting heads.....so overall a total waste of money.....time spent looking for a superior tool would be far better value for money

Very jerky does not cut well and far from smooth turns and cuts etcIt rips the paper and not as soldAvoid

Very disappointed. The product does not do the job it’s supposed to. It doesn’t even cut paper without chewing it up. Difficult to control. Absolutely not fit for purpose. Do not buy!The ads for this item are totally misleading.
