I had no issues installing, connected right on the second try, and work with Alexa no issues. My only issue is the blue wifi light is always on, it's so bright that it kept me awake all night until I got up and put some tape over the light. My TP switches go dark after a few seconds of being used, this one does not. I'm going to be uninstalling it from my bedroom and moving it to the hallway where the light won't be an issue. The light costs it a star, not sure if this can be fixed in a firmware update, but if not the light is a real deal killer for me, I won't be buying additional switches of this brand, the better price is not enough to offset the brain-piercing blue light that radiates from the switch 24/7 ### ⭐ Check your router speed before buying! *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2018* After all the time it took to install it will not work. Our router is too fast. Really how is that even a thing. It requires 2.5g and ours is 5.4. We ebve dialed it down to pair but that also did not work. It does work as far as a switch but I already had a switch I needed one that I could pair with Alexa. If it wouldn't be such a pain to uninstall I would definitely send it back for a refund. ### ⭐ Does Not Work.
