In the video to market it there shows a 5x5 cycle as well which has no breath retention. I just received mine and it doesn't have that cycle. ???

Could you change the colors to the red/warm spectrum? Would be much more conducive to a wind-down sleep routine for insomnia!

Is there any comparable product that has a shorter hold time? i have copd...

Hi there, this is a unique product designed to mimic a popular breathing rhythm that is scientifically proven to slow down the heart rate and thus create a greater sense of calmness. The 7 second hold is an important wellness element that spreads oxygen throughout the body. We are not aware of any similar products on the market that might have a shorter hold but there are 2 potential approaches: 1. Practice the 7 second hold for a couple weeks in order to increase your comfort level with it. Doing this daily can increase your lungs capacity to hold your breath at which point the cycle becomes easier. If you find this to be true, then this product might be a good fit. 2. Research and practice other breathing rhythms that might be more suitable. While there might not be an available product that guides on visual cues, you might find this more comfortable for your unique circumstance. Hope this helps!

Can you buy replacement charger cords?

Hi Lacy - you can’t buy replacement charging cords from Mindsight but the Breathing Buddha uses a Micro USB charger which is quite common for consumer electronics and can be bought separately on Amazon. Pls let us know if you need anything further. Thank you

I'm really not sure about this

In the quick start guide it mentions to use the arrow buttons to adjust day/hour/minutes to set the timer to your desired length - I've looked everywhere on this thing and I am unable to find these arrow buttons. It also states at the top of this page that it 'reminds us to pause daily'. How does it remind us, is this false advertising or have I lost the plot? I think this one will be sent back, to be honest.

Me arrepentí de comprarlo. Pensé que tenía más opciones o programas pero solo cambia de color en cada sección de respiración (que es algo que fácilmente puede hacerlo uno solo, contando mentalmente los segundos). Para lo que es, no vale la pena el gasto. Solo puedo darle la opción de "decoración" y eso ni tanto, porque es solo una pieza de silicón. Inviertan su dinero en otra cosa.

Love this little device. Great quality, and battery seem to last, as I have not had to charge it yet and have used it for a few days now. Not only that the buddha is adorable☺️ It's very easy to use and has 5 different settings. Comes with instructions, and the best part is that they're also printed at the bottom of the little guy so if you forget how many times to press the button to get to the breathing program you want, all you need to do is flip it. ✨🫶🏼 I get anxious during the day and sometimes forget to breathe properly. This little guy helps me get back on track without getting distracted by counting. This Breathing device should be at every school and every classroom. 😌
