Great product
Brilliant product was very dubious about it tried many others, expensive but what price do you put on health, I'm 62 and this has helped me no end no more tiredness bit more energy well worth it ....tastes awful but mixed with something else not too bad

Awful taste
Taste is absolutely horrible. They need to create capsules. Mixing with sweeteners or even yogurt is not palatable. Effects of this are not convincing.

Does Exactly What it Says on the Tin (or packet)..!!!
I've been taking shilajit for a few months now, but was pleasantly surprised at the effects of this combination! Admittedly the shilajit didn't have much of an effect ad I've been taking a higher dose, but the Lion's Mane and Ashwanganda have been brilliant. My sleep quality has changed dramatically and I have been razor-sharp between the ears, plus my recovery after training has been better. As a positive, I will give it a huge thumbs up as it really is a great productas advertised, as a negative obviously the price. It could get very pricey over a year..!!!

Not what i expected

Thought it a con and now I can’t do without!!
Very shocked to say I can feel the positive impact and I’ve taken a lot of supplements (ex-bodybuilder). Pros: Legit boosts to energy, general wellbeing and mental health. Better appetite control and great for convenience. Cons: I’m yet to see any benefits to sleep according to my Garmin. No real impact to hormones either as some suggest. It is a bit expensive and you could get more for your money if you buy the ingredients separately. Just be aware of the additives you may get if you go that route. Highly recommend it, go for two doses a day and down it in a oner. It tastes like soil.
