Bad costumer service, not willing to help
The item was damaged. For this price, quality making is bad. Over prices for such a poor quality fabricated item.I attempted to contact them and they were not very helpful. I had to get my refund by contacting amazon directly

Great service and product
Bought 2 and one came with broken glass in 1 panel. It was replaced with a whole new lantern so very satisfied. And it’s beautiful.
